The customs and habits of Yi people in Liangshan

Liangshan Yi people like to smoke orchids, while other Yi people like to smoke leaves. Yi people's hospitality is to beat sheep and cattle. As long as the guests arrive, they will kill animals to entertain them. According to the identity and closeness of visitors, they can be divided into cattle, sheep, pigs and chickens. Before slaughter, they should bring the live animals to the guests, let them have a look, and then slaughter them to show their respect.
