Study on how to standardize children's daily behavior with traditional etiquette culture.

Inheriting etiquette is the need of Chinese excellent traditional culture, cultivating etiquette is the need of building a harmonious society, and carrying out etiquette enlightenment education is the need of promoting children's quality education. Advocating etiquette education is the need to promote children's quality education. Etiquette virtue is a basic element based on the world, an important embodiment of individual civilization and an inevitable requirement for building a harmonious society. Etiquette education for children will help to correct their bad behavior, and will have a positive impact on their future study and life development, especially on their personality, sociality and moral quality. Therefore, our garden decided to take etiquette cultivation education as a breakthrough to carry out the research on etiquette education in kindergarten life situation, and the project was established in February 20 14. Through this special study, we try to educate the children in the whole park on basic etiquette, kindergarten etiquette, family etiquette, public etiquette and holiday etiquette, so that children can form the habit of observing civilized etiquette and communication norms from an early age. Since the project was launched for more than half a year, there have been traces of civilized etiquette education activities in our park, and many changes have taken place in the park: fewer and fewer children throw scraps of paper in the park, children become more polite, there are fewer cases of fighting for toys, and more and more children meet teachers to say hello ... The civilized and harmonious environment of the whole park is becoming more and more harmonious. Under the guidance and care of the leaders, we have been practicing and exploring as planned, and we have also made some achievements on the road of forging ahead. The research and development of this subject are summarized as follows.

First, strengthen leadership and establish and improve organizational networks.

I am mainly responsible for the special research group of our garden construction project. Formulate practical project action plan and implementation plan. Everyone pays close attention to * * * management and implementation, so that the education of civilization and etiquette can be carried out in our park in a down-to-earth and colorful way. "Education is no small matter", and we attach great importance to small problems in work, such as drinking water, eating, washing hands, going to the toilet, going up and down stairs and other "small things" in daily life. Can the teacher's education and requirements in these "small incidents" ensure the safety of children? Does it meet the essential requirements of etiquette education? Is there a better way to organize? Strive to make our etiquette education conform to social norms and children's age characteristics, and achieve a high degree of unity of "rules and freedom". For example, in the safety of going up and down stairs, there is such a rule in etiquette education: "Go up and down stairs to the right and walk gently and orderly." Here: Rules are not only to ensure children's physical safety, but also to help children master ways to protect themselves. At the same time, they are also to let children learn to be "social people", "civilized people" and "happy and healthy people" from an early age.

Second, create an environment, create an atmosphere, and play the potential educational role of the environment.

First of all, actively create a harmonious and beautiful material environment in the park, and strive to make every place in the park a place for education, so that every wall can play a potential educational role and provide environmental support for children's civilized etiquette education. Secondly, the humanistic environment of the garden is carefully planned and designed, so that every detail of the garden environment, such as the publicity window and the children's gallery, conveys the knowledge of civilization and etiquette silently and statically. For example, in the activity room, creating an operation area for learning to be a capable baby not only stimulates the enthusiasm of children, but also invisibly educates children to learn to do their own things; Posting children's songs about civilized reading rules in the library area not only creates a free reading space for children, but also reminds children to learn to cherish books and read civilized.

Third, refine the teaching content to ensure the effect of civilized etiquette education.

1, from the teaching content.

In order to give children a comprehensive etiquette enlightenment education, we further refined the teaching content, divided life etiquette into dining etiquette and gfd etiquette, and urged children to learn the correct dining posture; Pay attention to keep the desktop, floor and bowl clean and tidy; Learn the etiquette of eating with others. In gfd etiquette, learn the correct posture of sitting, standing and walking; Can form the habit of keeping your body and clothes clean and hygienic. In the education of communication etiquette, guide children to form the habit of using polite language in communication with people and learn the etiquette of talking with people initially; Learn the etiquette of being a guest initially; Can respect parents and elders, and will say hello according to the specific situation; In public, you can be humble, respect and forgive others. In the education of learning etiquette, guide children to raise their hands, listen and abide by the rules of activities; Do three things in the activity room: walk, talk, and gently move tables and chairs; Learn to discuss, respect other people's opinions and keep quiet.

For example, small classes focus on life etiquette-guiding children to learn dining etiquette and gfd etiquette, prompting children to learn the correct dining posture, and paying attention to keeping the desktop, floor and bowl clean and tidy; Learn the etiquette of eating with others. In gfd etiquette, learn the correct posture of sitting, standing and walking; Can form the habit of keeping your body and clothes clean and hygienic.

The middle school team focuses on communication etiquette-guiding children to learn to share with their peers and communicate with others in polite language; Do not affect others, will respect and forgive others; Peer can help each other, and so on.

Large teams and groups focus on learning etiquette-guiding children to raise their hands to answer questions in learning activities, respecting others, listening carefully and observing the rules of activities; Do three things in the activity room; Can respect elders, know how to be filial and grateful; Learn to discuss, respect the opinions of others, care about others, etc.

All grades also make full use of festivals such as Women's Day, Tomb-Sweeping Day, Labor Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day and Children's Day on June 1st to educate children to love their motherland, hometown, people and the collective, thus sprouting their initial patriotic feelings. And let children learn to care, respect and be grateful.

2. From the child's point of view:

By carrying out project activities and conducting etiquette education in life situations, children's healthy emotions, noble sentiments, strong will and good personality are cultivated, so that children can learn to live, think, create, care and educate themselves, which promotes the overall improvement of good manners and quality. Children can apply what they have learned in life.

3. From the perspective of teachers:

Teachers' teaching and research level has been improved, teachers' teaching concept has made a new breakthrough, and teachers' own theoretical level and civilized etiquette behavior have been improved in the research. Through the development of the project, teachers have done a lot of creative work, such as completing the design of excellent teaching plans for project research every month on average, writing experiences, recording cases and summarizing them in stages.

Fourth, pay attention to process reflection and comb the results.

For a long time, the teachers in our garden "pay more attention to work than thinking and writing", and have not done enough to collect and sort out the process data and stage results. It is generally believed that kindergarten work should pay attention to daily work, parents' work and safety work, but not enough attention to educational reflection and thesis writing. Through unremitting publicity, mobilization and encouragement, teachers' awareness of achievements has been gradually enhanced, and at the same time of pragmatic work, the collection of achievements and the writing of papers have been strengthened. Several papers won prizes in liyang city's annual paper this year.
