What's the difference between Gantt Chart and traditional Gantt Chart?
Advantages: Gantt chart shows the sequence and duration of specific projects through activity list and time scale. A line chart, the horizontal axis represents the time, the vertical axis represents the project, and the lines represent the planned completion and actual completion of the period. Visually indicate when the plan will be implemented and the comparison between the progress and the requirements. It is convenient for managers to find out the remaining personnel of the project and evaluate the progress of the work. Disadvantages: The disadvantage of the traditional Gantt chart is that it cannot express the logical relationship between activities. Gantt chart mainly focuses on process management (time). In fact, it only partially reflects the triple constraints (time, cost and scope) of project management, and cannot fully reflect the completion of the project itself.
