Taking the spirit of "Four Creations" as a guide to promote rural innovation and entrepreneurship--Taking Xiaogang Village as an example

Xiaogang Village, known as "China's first village of reform", has attracted the attention of farmers nationwide with its unique creativity.

In order to further implement and learn the spirit of "Four Creations", the team of innovation and entrepreneurship promotion in Xiaogang Village, combining its own professional characteristics, the trend of development of the times, and the use of effective characteristics of resources in the nearby areas, has decided to carry out a research on innovation and entrepreneurship projects in Xiaogang Village of Fengyang, so as to achieve the "Four Creations" spirit, guided by the spirit of "Four Creations". Under the guidance of the spirit of "Four Creations", the team decided to investigate the innovative entrepreneurial projects in Xiaogang Village, Fengyang, so as to realize the spirit of "Four Creations" and further promote the development of rural innovative entrepreneurial projects.

From July 11th to 12th, students from Anhui University of Finance and Economics (AUFE) went to Xiaogang Village to explore the development of rural innovation and entrepreneurship programs represented by Xiaogang Village.

Part 1: Visit - inculcate the infection

The team arrived at Xiaogang Village successfully, and the team members first visited the Dabao Gan Memorial Hall to further familiarize themselves with the major historical changes in Xiaogang Village. From the red handprints pressed by the 24 residents, the team felt the advanced reform ideas of the Xiaogang people and their firm belief in poverty eradication; from the curve of the per capita income change in Xiaogang Village, the team also clearly felt the important role played by the Dabao Gan in improving the living standards of Xiaogang Village residents.

Walking in the Memorial Hall, the team members y realized the spirit of Xiaogang people, such as "daring to break through and dare to be the first", "emancipating the mind, seeking truth and pragmatism", etc., and felt heartfelt admiration for the courage of the 18 Dabaojian leaders who opened the prelude to the reform of China's rural areas by risking a great deal of money. The first time I saw this, I felt a sincere admiration for the courage of the 18 Dabao Gan leaders who took great risks to open the prelude to China's rural reform.

part2:Research--Interviews and Surveys

During the research period, the team was divided into four groups to conduct questionnaire surveys on ordinary agricultural producers, self-employed people, specialized agricultural producers, and the village committee in Xiaogang Village. Under the scorching sun, the team members' sweat soaked their clothes, but everyone didn't slack off, wiped the sweat on their foreheads, and continued to investigate and interview seriously.

Interviewing local farmers: We asked them about the problems they encountered in planting crops and what help they needed from the outside world, as well as the entrepreneurial projects and innovations in Xiaogang Village from the farmers' point of view.

Interviews with local self-employed people: Many of the residents of Xiaogang Village are no longer complete farmers, but self-employed people who have set up stores on the streets of Xiaogang Village, and who have started their own businesses with the help of the overall environment provided by Xiaogang Village. In the questionnaire, we mainly investigated the ideas, innovations and difficulties encountered by the self-employed residents in the process of entrepreneurship. In the questionnaire interview, we also met the hometown in Xiaogangcun and in Xiaogangcun to run a tutorial class in the first year of study of the Ancai senior, the senior warm reception and detailed answers for us.

Visiting the local agricultural specialized producers: In the conversation with the employees of Xiaogang Village grape, strawberry and watermelon planting cooperatives, the team learned the basic knowledge of grape, strawberry and watermelon planting, as well as corresponding management and planting skills, and basically familiarized with Xiaogang Village planting innovations, planting techniques and sales channels.

Imagination and reality collide

In the communication with the residents of Xiaogang Village, the team learned the real thoughts and situation of the residents of Xiaogang Village, and felt the unknown side of Xiaogang Village. During the visit, a local old man said: "Fengyang Xiaogang fame ah, but the above does not pay much attention to Xiaogang is not as good as before.

The team was surprised to learn that Xiaogang's current situation is different from what they had imagined. In most people's imagination, Xiaogang is not the same as the traditional rural areas, and it should be the model of rural innovation and entrepreneurship, but it seems that the development of this first village of rural reform is not going well.

The team had the honor of interviewing Wu Guangxing, the first generation of Xiaogang village headman, who talked about his views on innovative entrepreneurial projects in Xiaogang village in recent years: "Although Xiaogang has a good reputation, the economy is not very prosperous, and in recent years, the government has emphasized the development of tourism through the red history of Xiaogang, and the farmers in Xiaogang have not had much income from this, and the majority of the industrial parks in Xiaogang are not very big. The majority of the industrial parks in Xiaogang Village are not large-scale fruit and melon planting sites, and there are very few long-term standing enterprises, basically no innovative entrepreneurial projects.

In this situation, more than one team member exclaimed, "This is not the same as the Xiaogang I imagined. After two days of research, everyone in the team y realized that the famous Xiaogang is not as glamorous as it seems, and because of this, the team members realized that the development of rural innovation and entrepreneurship is not an easy task, not only Xiaogang, but also other rural areas have a long way to go, and how to make China's rural areas really benefit from innovation and entrepreneurship not only in Xiaogang, but also in the whole society need to think about the problem.
