Studying British English or American English in China?

To be sure, what I learned in China is definitely not from the United States, and people in the United States will not understand it easily, because when I first came to the United States, people couldn't understand the pronunciation. My European classmates told me that this is an English proverb, so it is British in China, but the English proverb is not exactly the same as that in China. Therefore, due to local reasons, personal pronunciation and teacher's pronunciation problems, the "chglish~" with China's attention characteristics has been formed.
