No direct relationship, only geographic relationship, both in the two places of India and Egypt. Ethnically, the only ancient Egyptians to this day are the Copts who are descended from the ancient Egyptians, the rest are Semites. Ancient India refers to the period before the Vedic-Aryan invasion of India, and present-day India has basically nothing to do with Ancient India because of the chaotic lineage due to the massive invasions throughout history. Culturally there is also nothing to do, otherwise there would not have been ancient Egypt and Ancient India, the two designations, like our China, there is no ancient China designation, because the main body of our Chinese culture has been unbroken.
