What is river flour made of?
Rice noodles can be divided into dry frying and wet frying. Dry frying without water, wet frying with water. Minnan is called naked strip, and Hakka is called hairpin strip, which is very common in the south.

It is a common snack ingredient in China, Guangdong, Guangxi and Southeast Asia. Originated in Guangzhou Shahe 1860 or so, hence the name.
