1, plastic bag storage method
Prepare a polyethylene plastic bag, carefully put the indoor precooled, harmless and sterile pomegranate into the bag, tie the bag tightly and put it in a cool and ventilated place. Pomegranate can be preserved by this method for as long as 140 days, and pomegranate is still fresh.
If there is no polyethylene plastic bag, the sterilized pomegranate can also be packed in ordinary plastic bags and stored at 3 ~ 4℃, so that the fruit can still be fresh after storage 100 days.
2, crock storage method
Prepare jars, jars, jars and other containers, and clean pomegranate; The bottom of the crock is covered with a layer of sand with a humidity of about 5% and a thickness of 5 ~ 6cm;; Put a straw or bamboo tube in the middle of the sand for ventilation.
Next, you can put the pomegranate in the jar. Pay attention to handling, so as not to damage the pomegranate and affect the storage of other pomegranates. If you can pick pomegranates yourself, try to pick them before they are ripe. When harvesting, you can leave a fruit stalk and wrap it with a string to reinforce it. It is best to wrap all the pomegranates in newspaper or plastic film and hang them in a cool room.

2, look at the luster: the choice of pomegranate depends on whether the epidermis is shiny. If it is smooth and shiny, it means pomegranate is fresh. If there are black spots on the surface, it means it is not fresh. Don't buy it.
3. Weight: Find two pomegranates of similar size and weigh them with both hands. If one of them feels heavier in the palm of your hand, it is mature and contains more water.
4. Look at the epidermis: See if the pomegranate skin is firm and full. If the epidermis is tight, pomegranate is fresh and of good quality. If it is slack, pomegranate is not fresh. Purchase is not recommended.
