How to overcome the obstacles of innovative thinking?

The obstacles to innovative thinking are generally caused by the following reasons: First, the way of thinking is rigid and can't break the mindset. Second, dare not break the rules and dare not innovate. Why? Because conventional things are proved to be correct after long-term practice, if you can't break the routine, you can't innovate and you can't make a breakthrough. Third, we dare not break the tradition and challenge the authority. Why dare not break the tradition? Because tradition is a habitual thinking, if we can't break the tradition, we can't break the routine and we can't innovate. Fourth, lack of necessary professional knowledge and skills. Without professional knowledge and skills, we dare not break the rules, dare not challenge authority and dare not innovate. Therefore, to overcome the obstacles of innovative thinking, we must have innovative consciousness, courage and confidence to break away from convention, necessary professional knowledge and skills, innovative spirit and courage and determination to challenge authority.
