If it is resisted, the normally closed contact of the switch will be disconnected and the motor will not rotate without electricity. The long arm bending microswitch is a protective device to prevent the massage trolley from rushing out after losing control. The normally closed contact of the switch is connected in series with the power cord of the motor. If a microswitch with a long bent arm is blocked by a wheel, first turn on the power and listen to the buzzer in the mobile phone ring several times. If the bell rings three times, the circuit is in reset state. (Under normal circumstances, the motor should be energized to rotate, and all program buttons will not work until the reset is completed).

2. The mechanical failure of the intelligent massage mattress can be checked and maintained in the following ways.

The gearbox will not be damaged under normal use. Only when the wheels of the massage trolley are not on the track and can't touch the stop and reversing travel switches and the limit and safety protection travel switches can they rush out of the gearbox, causing overload damage. When replacing the gearbox, first loosen the two chains of the traction massager trolley and tighten the gong cap, remove the joint card of the chain near the gearbox, remove the chain, and then loosen the stop screw on the sprocket with the 2.5 inner hexagon plate and remove the sprocket. Remove the fixing screws on both sides of the gearbox with a screwdriver, remove the broken gearbox and replace it with a new gearbox.

If the chain is loose, tighten the fastening nuts at both ends of the traction chain. If it is still loose, remove the chain, remove a pair and install it.
