Taijiquan's basic maneuvers and footwork are as follows:
Taijiquan's basic footwork
1. Bow Stance

3. Servant Stance

4. Independent Step
Stand firm with the supporting leg slightly bent, lift the other leg by bending the knee and raise it in front of the body, with the thigh higher than the level.
5.Open Step
The feet are parallel and open, not wider than shoulder width, and the legs are upright or semi-flexed squatting.
6, resting step
Squat with both legs crossed and bent, front and back overlapping, back knee close to the front popliteal fossa. The front foot is on the ground with the full foot and toes out, the back foot is on the ground with the forefoot and toes forward.
Basic Taijiquan techniques
1, arrow-quiver style

4, press potential
