Karate Grades

White Belt: Purchased with the uniform after initiation

Yellow Belt: Physical Fitness, Fundamentals, Ippon Sutemon, Heian 2nd dan

Red Belt: All contents of Yellow Belt, Ippon Sutemon, Heian Beginner's Class

Orange Belt: All contents of Red Belt, Ippon Sutemon, Heian 3rd dan

Blue Belt: All contents of Orange Belt, Ippon Sutemon, Heian 4th dan

Green Belt: All contents of Blue Belt, Ippon Sutemon, Heian 3rd dan Green Belt: Blue Belt: All contents, one book, one set of hands, five sets of Heian, three players, one broken board

Purple Belt: Green Belt: All contents, one book, one set of hands, Iron Horseman's first set, five players, three broken boards

Tea Belt: Purple Belt: All contents, one book, two sets of free-form hands, ten players, five broken boards

Black Belt ( (Entry): Tea belt all content, eleven sets of type, twenty people combat, broken board ten pieces

Karate examination content is divided into;

Fitness ? (specific different schools have different content, but almost)

Push-ups 30 times ? Deep Squat Kicks 20 (20 push-ups and 10 deep squat kicks for the adult section)

Other content: ? Standing Ritual ? Kneeling salute ? Belt

Set of hands;

It is the rehearsal of the actual movement,
