What is policy agricultural insurance? What's the role?
What is policy agricultural insurance? Policy-based agricultural insurance is a part of the premium paid by individuals. According to the policy, the state finance gives part of the subsidy, the provincial finance gives part of the subsidy, and the city (county) finance gives part of the subsidy. For example, this table is the cost insurance for soybean planting. Individuals pay 3.2 yuan money per mu (20%), the municipal finance gives 2.4 yuan money (15%), the provincial finance gives 4 yuan money (25%) and the state finance gives it. This adds up to a premium per mu 16 yuan. If it is affected, the insurance can compensate 200 yuan at most.
