What are some traditional pastry treats from your hometown?

This is what we call "Baisan", or as some people in the next house call it, "Misan" or "Mihua".

This kind is made from the year's harvest of glutinous rice, first steamed glutinous rice, and then modeled to dry and sun-dried, and then over the two sides of the soup, and then sun-dried, and then it's ready. Finally, it is fried in peanut oil and dried for a while, then it can be eaten. Crispy and delicious.
