Pickling method of mustard shreds

Shredded mustard tuber is a necessary pickle for my family in winter. It is really a warm little happiness to drink porridge with it. Every family has its own favorite practice, and today's practice is what I use most. Simple, less materials, the most important thing is to restore the taste of the ingredients themselves.

Ingredients: mustard, red pepper, salt, white vinegar, star anise pepper.

Wash and shred mustard.

When cutting silk, be sure to use a sharp knife. Otherwise, it's really hard to cut.

Washed millet pepper

Remove the association of millet pepper and shred it. You can also put the whole thing just for the convenience of eating.

Two bags of white vinegar, put in a pot and have a big fire. Add salt, star anise and pepper.

Boil the vinegar and pour in the pepper.

Pour in the shredded mustard, continue to heat and stir evenly until the mustard is slightly soft and the water comes out. Turn off the heat.

Install the altar. Finally, even the seasoning water is poured into the jar, so that mustard is easier to taste.

After cooling, cover it. Take a proper amount when eating.

Stir-fry with cooking oil before eating (you can add a little soy sauce if you like dark mustard)

Wow, this is the best side dish with porridge. A bite is the warmth of winter.
