Which country is the Running of the Bulls?

The Running of the Bulls is a traditional Spanish festival that began in 1591 and attracts tens of thousands of people every year. Its official name is Los Sanfermines, and San Fermín is the patron saint of the city of Pamplona, the capital of the wealthy province of Navarra in northeastern Spain. The origins of the Running of the Bulls festival are directly related to the Spanish bullfighting tradition. It is said that it was very difficult for the people of Pamplona to drive six tall bulls from the cowsheds on the outskirts of the city into the bullfighting arena in the city, but in the 16th century some bystanders had the idea of running in front of the bulls, enraging them and inducing them to rush into the bullfighting arena.
