(c) Ching Ming Festival, 1 day off (the same day as the Ching Ming Festival on the Lunar New Year's calendar);

(d) Labor Day, 1 day off (May 1);

(v) Dragon Boat Festival, 1 day off (on the day of Dragon Boat Festival in the lunar calendar);

(vi) Mid-Autumn Festival, 1 day off (on the day of Mid-Autumn Festival in the lunar calendar);

(vii) National Day, 3 days off (October 1, 2 and 3).

2. Holidays and anniversaries on which some citizens have holidays:

(i) Women's Day (March 8), half a day off for women;

(ii) Youth Day (May 4), half a day off for young people over 14 years of age (15-34 year olds are youths);

(iii) Children's Day (June 1), one day off for children and young people under 14 years of age;

(vii) National Day, three days off (October 1, 2 and 3). 1 day;

(d) the anniversary of the founding of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (August 1), active military personnel take a half-day holiday.

3. Holidays customarily observed by ethnic minorities shall be observed by the local people's governments of the areas where the ethnic minorities live in large numbers in accordance with the customs of the ethnic minorities in question, and the date of the holiday shall be set in accordance with the customs of the ethnic minorities in question.
