What are the scope of special operations?

Special operations refer to operations that are prone to casualties and may cause great harm to the safety of operators themselves, others and surrounding facilities. Therefore, special operations personnel must hold relevant certificates. Equipped with special operations personnel must be trained by the relevant departments at higher levels, and review on schedule to participate in retraining. It is necessary to establish special operations personnel files, establish registration cards, and implement one person and one card. It is forbidden for special operators to work without a license or after drinking. Special operations personnel shall carry out technical disclosure before taking up their posts, and work shall not be carried out without technical disclosure, and safety measures shall be strictly implemented after taking up their posts.

Special operations include:
