Precautions and installation steps of drying rack

First, the clothes rack installation considerations:

1. Installation of hand crank:

The hand shake is generally installed on the right side of the balcony, which is convenient for habitual use. The distance from the ground is generally 120 cm, depending on the user's height. Fix with expansion screws.

2. Installation of the top seat:

At the top of the balcony to be installed, measure the diameter of the lighting lamp at the top of the balcony with a steel ruler, and then make installation marks between the two sides of the lamp 15 cm -30 cm. The specific length depends on the size of the balcony.

3. Measure the distance from the mark to the balcony edge again, and determine the installation width of the top seat according to this distance.

4. Installation corner: the corner can be installed on the roof or wall of the balcony, and the corner is 50-70cm away from the movable top seat. It needs to be triangular (45-degree angle) in the middle of the movable top seat and keep the same vertical line with the installation position of the handle. Please refer to the drawing.

Second, the clothes hanger installation steps:

1. Disassemble the hanger first, check whether the parts of the hanger are complete, and prepare to install tools.

2. Use a measuring tool to confirm how long the cross bar of the hanger is, and the width of the clothes is generally between 30 and 45 cm. The first crossbar is preferably about 30 cm away from the wall, the distance between the two crossbars is about 45 cm, and the right crossbar is also about 30 cm away from the wall.

3. But this should be decided according to the specific installation location. The clothes drying rod should be installed in the whole space, which is symmetrical in the middle, left and right, and front and back, so it will be more beautiful to install. However, pay attention to the spacing of the above distance, at least to achieve the minimum space above, which is convenient to use after installation.

After determining the left and right positions, we need to measure the front and back positions. Generally, clothes hangers are 2.4 meters standard. If it is this length, the front and rear positions are two fixed points, and the distance between the two points is 1.8 meters.

5. Determine the points, determine the positions of the front, back, left and right, and then you can determine the positions of the four installation fixing points.

6. When installing the transfer wheel, at the top, pay attention to the fact that the crank must be in a straight line within one day, so that the positions of the five parts are basically determined.

7. It should also be noted that the above guide wheels are different, and the direction needs to be indicated. Finally, we have to wear steel wires to fix the crossbar.
