Yangzhou cuisine includes jade steamed dumplings, crab roe steamed dumplings and Sixi sweet dumplings. Jade steamed dumplings are made of flour and spinach, and are rich in protein, carbohydrates, carotene, iron and folic acid. Steamed dumplings, a kind of jadeite, are as thin as paper in color as jadeite, full of color, fragrance and taste, and are deeply loved by Yangzhou locals.
