Opera. Is there a difference between male singing and female singing?
In Chinese opera, there are generally martial arts students, young students, old students and ugly students. Women are divided into Tsing Yi, Hua Dan, Lao Dan, Guimendan and Udan. In singing, young students generally sing with true and false voices, old students and martial arts students sing with true voices, and ugly students mostly use chanting. Among women, Hua Dan sings in a falsetto similar to Xiao Sheng's, but more crisp and penetrating, while Lao Dan sings in a real voice. However, there are differences between male and female voices in essence, so even if they all use real voice or falsetto voice, they can actually distinguish the differences of voices at once.
