For the battery, the temperature range of the battery is controlled between 25℃ and 40℃. If the working temperature of the battery is too high or too low, or the temperature in the battery pack is inconsistent, problems will occur. In order to avoid overheating or supercooling, the constant temperature of the battery is realized through its management system. The liquid thermal management system consists of heat conducting medium, measurement and control unit and temperature control equipment. Heat conducting media mainly include air, liquid and phase change materials.

According to the common liquid cooling technology, when the temperature is generated inside the battery, the temperature control equipment is controlled by the measurement and control unit, so that the liquid inside the battery carries out convection heat exchange and takes away the heat generated inside the battery, thereby reducing the temperature generated by the battery itself. For such a scheme, the main form is to immerse battery cells or modules in liquid, set cooling channels between battery modules, and use cooling plates at the bottom of batteries.
