When was Han Yihe born?

Han Yihe, 1956, was born in Beijing. One year later, he returned to his hometown of Fengyang, Anhui Province with his father who was designated as a "rightist". At the age of two, he suffered from polio and his legs fell for life, so that although he did well in the college entrance examination, he was not admitted to the university. Finally, he earned a diploma for himself by self-study. 1986, he went back to Beijing to petition alone to "make a statement" for his rehabilitated father, and finally printed the word "Beijing" on his identity card five years later. His invention records, starting with the national flag flying device of 199 1 year, include more than a dozen patented products, involving transportation, medicine, education, catering, culture and so on.
