Whose power system is China?

Most of China's power system belongs to the state, and only a few power plants are privately owned. The traditional power system is divided into power grid and power plant, and the state grid is divided into state grid and southern power grid, all of which include transmission, substation and power supply, all of which are invested by the state and entrusted to SASAC for full management. Power plants include thermal power plants, hydropower stations, nuclear power plants, energy storage power plants, photovoltaic power plants, wind power plants and other new energy power plants. Some power plants are privately owned or jointly invested, while others are invested by the state, belonging to several large groups and managed by SASAC.
