Either way, the goal is the same, that is, to find ways to reduce the water content of rice seeds so that they can be preserved for a long time. If it is dried naturally, it can be put into storage in 2-3 days.

The drying process after harvest is also one of the factors that affect rice yield, because once the drying is not timely, the rice will easily become hot after being piled together, causing germination, and growers need to find ways to avoid it.
