Units and individuals to apply for other indicators, the municipal regulatory office shall complete the audit within 7 working days from the date of receiving the relevant certification materials. If the audit is qualified, other indicators will be issued. In order to ensure the normal and orderly development of the second-hand car circulation industry, the Municipal Regulation Office can allocate virtual indicators of second-hand car turnover for second-hand car operators within the administrative area of this Municipality.

The new energy vehicle refers to an automobile that uses unconventional vehicle fuel as the power source (or conventional vehicle fuel and new vehicle power device), integrates the advanced technology of vehicle power control and driving, and has advanced technical principles, new technologies and new structures.

New energy vehicles include pure electric vehicles, extended-range electric vehicles, hybrid electric vehicles, fuel cell electric vehicles, hydrogen engine vehicles and so on.
