How to adjust the blowing rate during cutting in Bochu cutting system
1. First, open the control panel of the cutting system: find the control panel or operation interface of Bochu cutting system, usually located on the main console of the equipment, and enter the setting menu: find the setting menu or parameter adjustment option on the control panel and enter the menu.
2. Secondly, adjust the blowing parameters: in the setting menu, find the parameter options related to blowing. This is called "blowing intensity", "wind speed" or similar names. According to the specific design and interface display mode of the equipment, use the corresponding buttons, sliders or knobs to adjust.
3. Finally, adjust the blowing intensity: gradually increase or decrease the blowing intensity (wind speed) according to actual needs. You can observe the airflow at the edge of the material during the cutting process for debugging. If excessive blowing causes material displacement or deformation; On the other hand, if the blowing amount is too small, the waste can not be effectively removed, which will affect the cutting quality; Then test fine-tuning: after adjusting the blowing size, try to cut and evaluate the effect. If further fine adjustment is needed, the blowing parameters can be continuously adjusted until a satisfactory cutting effect is achieved.
