How to drill and polish accurately by hand?

1。 Prepare a grinder and disc polisher similar to a small electric drill.

2。 Prepare a set of corresponding diamond bits.

3。 Prepare a set of corresponding felt grinding head, rubber grinding head and polishing paste.

4。 Prepare a set of corresponding round sandpaper and round cloth wheel.

5。 Prepare a set of assorted diamond files.

6。 Prepare some 600 #- 1200 # polishing sandpaper for manual polishing.

The working procedure is: firstly, install the diamond bit to decorate the jade with electric tools, and then carefully repair it with a diamond assorted file. Use circular sandpaper (made of coarse sand and fine sand) to polish a large area. Apply polishing paste to the circular cloth wheel for large-area polishing. Use a felt grinding head to apply polishing paste for fine polishing. Rubber grinding head can also be used for direct polishing. Finally, it can be polished by hand with 1200 sandpaper.

Experience 2:

Step 1: Paste: Apply a layer of paste polishing powder on the carved agate surface, with chromium oxide in green and cerium oxide in orange.

Step 2: Push grinding, grinding the surface with a 2000-mesh grinding wheel.

Step 3: Repeat the first two steps, usually twice.

Step 4: Brush, coating diamond powder on the surface of jadeite and then throwing it with a hard brush.

Step 5: Fine work, and start polishing small places where big tools can't be thrown. Use bamboo, dip it in diamond powder, use bamboo chopsticks for larger ones, and use bamboo toothpicks for small places.

Step 6: Fine polishing: coat agate with diamond powder and polish it with hard skin. Cowhide is widely used in China, and elephant skin is widely used in Myanmar. The agate has been polished, but there are still a few finishing touches to be done.

Step 7: Cleaning, the purpose is to clean the polishing powder remaining on the polished agate. It is mainly cleaned by ultrasonic machine, and the parts that cannot be cleaned are wiped with alcohol.

Step 8: Waxing, a kind of protection for agate surface, can be washed off with boiling water and then dried. A beautiful agate will meet you like this.
