Liu Baolei, sculpture artist, China's hometown of carving in Quyang County, Hebei Province, under the national intangible cultural heritage representative ZhenYanCang masters. 2000 graduated with honors from the Hebei Province Quyang carving school, 2009 to participate in the formation of Quyang sculpture institute. For many years, he has been insisting on the inheritance and innovation of sculpture, focusing on the creation of works with the theme of Zen, and pursuing the enlightenment of Zen through the collision of mind and sculpture. Borrowing traditional sculpture techniques, he integrates traditional culture with modern aesthetics, and adopts sculptural techniques such as writing, exaggeration and deformation to create boldly. His works have won many awards in national and provincial arts and crafts competitions, and have been collected by provincial and municipal art galleries or private collections.
