What are the four national quintessences?

The four quintessences of China are China Wushu, China Medicine, Chinese Peking Opera and China Calligraphy. To put it another way, Dr. Sun Yat-sen summed up four most representative national quintessences: Chinese Peking Opera, China Chinese Painting, China Medicine and China Cuisine. These are the characteristic cultures handed down by China for a long time.
