What are the Arab countries?

The Arab world has a vast territory and many countries. It has 23 countries and regions, namely Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Syria, Iraq, Jordan, Lebanon, Yemen, People's Democratic Republic of Yemen, Palestine and Israel. The populations of Egypt, Libya, Sudan, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia, Mauritania, Somalia and Djibouti in Africa are mainly Arab peoples who believe in Islam. Therefore, it is called "Arab world".

The Arab world has a long history and splendid culture. It is one of the cradles of human civilization with a history of 6000-7000 years. The ancient Egyptian culture along the Nile and the culture in the two river basins shine brilliantly in the treasure house of human culture. Known as the first of the seven wonders of the world, the pyramids and Babylon's "hanging gardens" come from the Arab world.

Historically, Arabs have made indelible contributions to mankind in geometry, algebra, medicine, literature, astronomy, geography, calendar and water conservancy.
