Three-page cake (a traditional Chinese confectionery craft)

Three-layered cake is a traditional Chinese confectionery craft, known as the "King of Chinese Confectionery". Materials

Steps for making the pancakes

Making the dough

1. Mix flour, water and salt and knead the dough;

2. Add oil and knead until the dough is smooth and elastic;
