What are the main musical instruments in Beijing Opera?
There are: Jinghu, Jinghu Erhu, Sanxian, Yueqin, Suona and Qu Di. Wushu venues include: single skin, drum plate, big gong, small gong, cymbals, drums and so on.
Musical instruments used in Beijing Opera performance venues: Jinghu (Huqin) is the main musical instrument (Huqin is sometimes slightly larger than Jinghu as accompaniment), Jinghu Erhu, Qin Yue plucked, (three-stringed instrument), flute, sheng, suona, sea flute (trumpet) and cloud gong. Among them, Jinghu, Jinghu Erhu, Yueqin and Xiaosanxian are the four basic tracks.
Beijing Opera Wushu Equipment: Drum board (Dan Pigu and Tan board), big gong, cymbal and small gong are four basic parts. Other percussion instruments include drums, water cymbals, large cymbals, small cymbals, cymbals, wooden fish, bangzi, chimes and big gongs (big screens).
