How to Cultivate Students' Interest in Learning Ancient Poetry
It is said that in the Tang Dynasty, reading and reciting poems was an enlightenment education for children and a compulsory course for children. This shows the importance of learning ancient poetry. Therefore, in addition to some selected articles in Chinese textbooks for primary schools, Chinese Curriculum Standards also selected 80 excellent ancient poems for primary school students and asked them to recite them. Therefore, students can properly match pictures when studying, which can mobilize students' senses, activate students' thinking and stimulate students' interest in learning. When studying Zhang's "Fishing Song", the students cooperated to draw pictures on the blackboard according to their understanding of the lyrics, and drew green hills, egrets, peach blossoms, flowing water, mandarin fish, cuckoos and coir in different colors ... This is a beautiful landscape painting with vivid colors and distant artistic conception, reflecting the poet's leisurely life.
4. Arrange short plays to stimulate students' interest in learning through performances. Some ancient poems are very suitable for performance, and the story line is very vivid. Story performance can make the study of ancient poetry more interesting and give full play to students' imagination. When learning the poem "Children Fishing", I asked the students to act out the scene in groups. The students carefully ponder over the poems, grasp the personality characteristics of the characters, and vividly show the image of the little boy in the poems as naive, childlike, lively and lovely. At the same time, they also firmly left this poem in their memory.
5. Sing ancient poems, simplify the complex and stimulate interest. Before teaching ancient poetry, students always strengthened their understanding of poetry, silently read poetry and copied poetry, which made them uninterested. Therefore, they are getting tired of it. On the basis of reading aloud, students can match ancient poems with melodies and turn them into songs, which students are very happy to accept. The poem "Early Birth City" is a seven-character quatrain. I found a seven-character song-"Little Crow Loves Mom" in a student's music book. This song is very nice. According to the melody of this song, the poem "Born Early in the City" was changed, so that students can sing when they open their mouths, and it is easy and pleasant to learn, which not only deepens their memories, but also reduces the burden on students. Let students be influenced imperceptibly, feel the charm of ancient poetry in expression, and thus have a strong desire to learn.
Third, break the limitations of learning ancient poetry and extend it from in-class to out-of-class
1, small class, big stage of life. Learning ancient poetry can't be confined to the classroom, but also extended to extracurricular activities. CCTV's Lecture Room featured some classic poems. The professors' explanations are lively, interesting and colorful, which is very suitable for students to watch and provides them with a good learning platform, which can greatly arouse their enthusiasm for learning. 2. Teachers can also fully mobilize the enthusiasm of parents, so that parents and students can collect and accumulate ancient poems together, learn their feelings together, and launch a family ancient poetry contest to stimulate children's interest in learning.
Fourth, carry out colorful extracurricular activities.
Carrying out rich extracurricular activities can further arouse students' learning enthusiasm. Students have accumulated a lot of ancient poems, and we should provide them with a platform for full display. You can carry out ancient poetry memory competition, ancient poetry classification competition, ancient poetry singing competition, ancient poetry application competition and so on. These activities can greatly arouse students' enthusiasm for learning. They are interested in collecting, sorting out and cooperating with each other, which can be described as "no need to push themselves" and their interest is very high.
