Several research directions in Chinese as a Foreign Language

The four have different research directions in graduate school.

The same study is about teaching Chinese to international students, but there are many areas of focus for research.

"Research on Chinese as a Second Language Acquisition" focuses on the acquisition process of students. The focus is on the students, as we call the "learning" side of the teaching and learning process.

The study of "Theories and Methods of Teaching Chinese as a Second Language" focuses on the theories and methods used by teachers in the teaching process. The focus is on the "teaching" side.

The study of Chinese language ontology for teaching Chinese as a foreign language is in fact still essentially about the Chinese language itself, not about teaching methods or learning methods. Instead, it is the study of the grammatical system of the Chinese language itself.

The cultural research oriented to Chinese language education for foreigners is, of course, the research on cultural issues that may be involved in Chinese language education for foreigners, such as cross-cultural communication.

The four are all part of the same Chinese as a Foreign Language program, so there should be no difference in employment after graduation.
