When the slope is large, the exhaust valve should be installed at the upper end of the slope; 4) The pumping pipeline should be supported and fixed, and a wooden cushion should be set between the pipeline and the fixture as a buffer, and it should not be directly connected with steel bars or templates, and the pipeline should be firmly connected; Pipe joints and clamps shall be tightly sealed and shall not leak slurry; Wear pipes shall not be installed in the high pressure area at the back end; 5) After the pumping pipeline is laid, pressure test shall be conducted. 3. Before operation, check that the bolts of the pump are fastened, the protective devices are complete and reliable, the operating switches, adjusting handles, handwheels, control rods and cocks of each part are in correct positions, the hydraulic system is normal without leakage, the hydraulic oil meets the requirements, there are no sundries in the mixing barrel, and the protective net above is intact and tightly covered. 5. The wall thickness of the conveying pipeline should match the pumping pressure, and high-quality pipes should be selected near the pump. Pipe joints, sealing rings and elbows shall be intact. Wet sacks or wet straw bags should be used to cover the pipeline under high temperature and scorching sun, and water should be used to cool down in time, and heat preservation measures should be taken in cold season. 6. Cleaning pipes, cleaning supplies, ball catchers and related devices shall be provided. Before starting the pump, irrelevant personnel should leave around the pipeline. 7. After start-up, run with no load, observe the indicated values of various instruments, check the operation of the pump and mixing device, and confirm that everything is normal before operation. Before pumping, add 10L clean water and 0.3m3 cement mortar to the hopper to lubricate the pump and pipeline. 8. During the pumping operation, the concrete plane in the hopper should be kept above the axis of the mixing shaft. The grating of the hopper shall not be filled with concrete, and the feed flow shall be controlled, and the aggregate and foreign matter exceeding the material diameter shall be removed in time, and the grating shall not be moved at will. 9. The water tank should be filled with clean water. When the water quality is turbid and there are many grains of sand, it should be checked and handled in time. 15. When pumping, the conveying pipeline and hydraulic pipeline shall not be opened; Do not adjust or repair moving parts. 16. During operation, attention should be paid to the observation of pumping equipment and pipelines, and hidden dangers should be handled in time. Replace excessively worn pipes, clamps and sealing rings in time. 17. Pipe blockage should be prevented. Pumped concrete should be mixed evenly to control slump; Don't stop the pump halfway during pumping. 18.
