How to measure the use and reading of mercury sphygmomanometer? Why are the data measured by different doctors different?

When tested in the hospital, patients are easily nervous and their blood pressure is naturally high. Coupled with the noisy environment, doctors may not be so careful.

The correct method:

1. When the patient is seated, his back should lean on the back of the chair, his legs should not be crossed, and his feet should be flat. Whether the patient is sitting or supine, the midpoint of the upper limb should be at the heart level, and rest for 5 minutes after posing.

2. The airbag of the cuff should be able to surround 80% and 100% of the children's upper arm, and the width should cover 40% of the upper arm.

3. Put the auscultation head on the artery at the lower edge of the cuff, inflate it quickly to make the cuff reach the blood pressure estimated according to the pulse, and then open the air valve to deflate the airbag slowly.

4. Pay attention to the appearance of the first sound (korotkoff Ⅰ i) and the change of sound (Ⅳ).

5. When the last Coriolis sound is heard, continue to slowly deflate to 1.33kpa, find out whether there is auscultation gap, and then deflate at an appropriate speed.
