What is Daoxiao Noodles's explanation?
Daoxiao Noodles Zi was originally a traditional pasta with Shanxi characteristics.
Nicknamed "Ma Xu Noodles", we can often see the chef holding the dough in his left hand and the curved knife in his right hand, cutting the dough into the boiling pot one by one. The cut noodles look like willow leaves with thick middle and thin edges, and then they are cooked, taken out, seasoned and steamed dumplings, which are especially delicious.
