Sample confirmation

Barren material procurement
Barren material procurement before the barren material inspection results with the designer or the owner to fully communicate, to obtain recognition. Carefully count the quantity of stone used.
The quantity of barren material + the quantity of finished products / output rate + 3% spare quantity
When purchasing the barren material, combined with the specifications of the finished product, select the qualified barren material with relatively high output rate. After purchasing the raw materials, we will arrange the logistics to transport them back to the factory in time.

Frame saw cutting
Before cutting, mark the tangential direction and thickness; then adjust the saw pitch according to the planned thickness of the slab; fix the barren material on the ferry. Opening, to control the knife speed, limestone 30cm / h, marble 10-20cm / h. Stone hardness is high, to observe the cutting situation, to prevent the occurrence of running knife phenomenon. After opening the material, it is necessary to prepare the barren material number, rack number and plate number in time.

Drying

Back net

Scraping adhesive
Natural stone surface often has many trachoma, cracks and even holes, affecting the stone quality. By scraping the surface glue to make the surface more perfect. After scraping glue need to wait for the surface glue completely solidified, usually using drying line operation

Polishing slab
Except for yellow granite using manual hand grinding, marble are using automatic polishing line operation.

Marble polishing, its gloss requirements > 80 °; flatness < 0.3mm; thickness ± 1mm

Secondary processing

Stone protection
Stone protection means that, after the stone is dried or dried, the protective agent will be evenly applied to the six sides of the stone to achieve waterproofing and stain prevention.
1, water absorption >1% (tuff, limestone, sandstone): the bottom side of the use of Aidi adhesive, the side of the use of sealants, the front side of the use of solvent-based protective liquid.
2, water absorption rate <1% (serpentine, dolomite, calcite): the bottom side of the use of Aldi adhesive, the side of the use of sealants, the front side of the film.
