The list of holidays and time in 2023

National legal holidays in 2023 arrangement:

1, New Year's Day: from December 31, 2022 to January 2, 2023, a holiday break, *** 3 days, January 3, 2023 to work.

2. Chinese New Year: January 21 to 27, 2023 holiday, ***7 days, January 28, January 29 work.

3, Qingming Festival: April 5 holiday, *** 1 day, April 6 work.

4, Labor Day: May 1 to May 5 holiday transfer, ***5 days, April 29, April 30 to work.

5, Dragon Boat Festival: June 22nd to 24th holiday public holiday, ***3 days, June 25th work.

6, the Mid-Autumn Festival, National Day: September 29 to October 6 holiday break, *** 8 days, October 7, October 8 to work.

Regulations

The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security issued "China's statutory annual holidays and other vacation-related standards" to clarify that the rest days, statutory annual holidays, annual leave, family leave, marriage and bereavement leave five types of vacation standards. Among them, the current standard of statutory annual holidays is 11 days. Holidays for all citizens are 1 day off for New Year's Day; 3 days off for Spring Festival; 1 day off for Ching Ming Festival; 1 day off for Labor Day; 1 day off for Dragon Boat Festival; 1 day off for Mid-Autumn Festival; and 3 days off for National Day. Family leave is granted to unmarried employees once a year for 20 days; and to married employees once every four years for 20 days.
