Leadership List Introduction Duan Tianshun, born in 1932, Fangshan District of Beijing City. He was born in 1932, a native of Fangshan District, Beijing. He has served as deputy director of the Beijing Municipal Water Resources Bureau, director of the Civil Affairs Bureau, and member and deputy secretary-general of the Standing Committee of the Beijing Municipal People's Congress. He is now a member of the Beijing Local Records Compilation Committee, deputy editor-in-chief of Beijing Records, president of the Beijing Poetry Society, and honorary president of the Beijing Association of Couplets. His main works include Yanshui Ancient and Modern Talks, Famous Bridges of Beijing Water, Yanshui Bamboo Words, Minyuan Collection, and New Bamboo Words Collection. He is the chief editor of "Selected Contemporary Poems on Beijing" and so on.

Li Wenzhao

Li Wenzhao is a native of Liangshan County, Shandong Province, born in 1948. He is the former director of the Television Propaganda Center of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA), with the rank of major general, senior reporter, university education, master's degree tutor in journalism and communication, and enjoys the State Council's special government subsidies. China Radio and Television Association of Television Military Programs Committee, a member of the Chinese Writers Association, the Executive Vice President of the Chinese Poetry Society legal representative, the People's Liberation Army "Red Leaves" Poetry Society editorial board. He was the deputy director of the propaganda department of the Jinan Military Region Political Department, the director of the political department of the Jinan Army College, and the political commissar of the PLA Television Propaganda Center. His works have won many awards, such as the National "Five One Project Award", the "National Good News Award", and the special and first prizes for national TV news and features on military subjects.
