I. Existing Problems and Shortcomings
Theoretical research is not comprehensive, in-depth and systematic. Learning is not tight, feeling is not deep, content with general understanding, passive learning is more, active learning is less, there is an urgent need to learn first, and there is no real intention.
Serving the masses is not in place. There are many people who think about problems and work in their posts, but few people put themselves in the people's shoes. They failed to ask for the people, asked for their needs, and served the people wholeheartedly.
The overall situation consciousness is not strong. I rarely ask about things that are not my business, and I don't want to say more. I lack the consciousness of seeing and solving problems from a global perspective.
A weak sense of responsibility. Faced with the hot and difficult problems in the work, they are afraid of difficulties, lack the spirit of responsibility, and dare not work boldly, for fear of not handling them well, intensifying contradictions and causing letters and visits.
There is a deviation in understanding. I don't know enough about the responsibility of managing the party under the new situation, and I don't have the ability to adapt, integrate and grasp the new normal. Especially in the branches of management, "taking Party building as the greatest achievement" has not really been established and strengthened.
The consciousness of hard struggle has faded. When the living conditions are good and the material is rich, the self-demand will be relaxed and the idea of enjoying comfort will rise. I always want to wear expensive clothes and use good ones. Do not pay attention to some "details", relax self-requirements, and forget the party's fine tradition of hard work and thrift.
Second, the rectification measures
The basis of party spirit cultivation is self-cultivation, which requires both self-discipline and heteronomy. It is necessary to combine personal cultivation with the education, management and supervision of Party organizations, so that party member cadres can further strengthen their party spirit cultivation and establish a good style of work.
Only by taking the happiness and well-being of the people as the goal and the prosperity and development of the party and the country as our own responsibility can we always maintain a high-spirited mental state, enterprising enthusiasm and clean and honest political nature. Only in this way can we truly become "a noble person, a pure person, a moral person, a person who has broken away from low tastes and is beneficial to the people".

1, values are alienated and ideals and beliefs are shaken.
2. The awareness of learning is not strong, and the concept update is slow.
3. The educational means are not rich and the educational effect is not good.
4. The institutional mechanism is not perfect and the restriction is not effective enough.
