Did lol redo it?

Suo Laka seems to be the only person in my memory who helped the hero redo it. Other heroes didn't redo it, but there were obvious skill changes.

Suo Laka: Before the Q skill, the enemy was selected within a fixed range to cause directional damage, and after the change, it became directional damage; W skill is used to consume blue blood (you can give it to yourself), and E skill is used to consume blue blood (it seems that you can't give it to yourself). After the change, W became a teammate's blood consumption, and E became a range silence (remember clearly here because five Soloka were almost invincible in the initial chaos and returned to blue blood).

Robot: w skills only have acceleration before. After the change, there will be a deceleration and load shedding at the end of acceleration.

Old people: In the past, W could reduce the fixed cd of all skills (including big moves), but after changing it, it could not reduce the cd of big moves.
