Scientific management, constantly solving problems under the new situation and making people more satisfied are the key issues in future work.

Second, the main reasons and future practices

1. Theoretical research is not deep enough, and the level of policy theory is not enough. Although we usually pay more attention to learning, the content of learning is not comprehensive and systematic enough. Political theory study is not thorough and thorough. 3. Sometimes you are not strict with yourself at work. Emancipating the mind is not wide enough and binds itself. In the future, we will strive to learn from advanced units and individuals, emancipate our minds and work hard.
