Marinate Chicken Thighs

Cut the chicken thighs as shown in the picture

Add wine, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sweet potato starch, and pepper powder

Toriyaki Chicken Thighs (marinated overnight, not fishy version)

Chicken thigh 1 piece

1 tbsp cooking wine

2 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp dark soy sauce

1 tbsp honey

2 slices of ginger

1 clove of garlic

Salt in moderation

Cracked black pepper in moderation

White pepper in moderation

De-bone the chicken thighs, I bought the de-boned chicken thighs directly from the supermarket, use a toothpick or fork to poke holes in the chicken, easy to taste

Put the chicken thighs into a plastic bag that can be sealed, add all of the above seasonings, massage to ensure that the seasonings are evenly covered in the thighs, seal it well, and refrigerate overnight

Take a pan, a small amount of oil, put in the marinated chicken thighs, and pan fry until both sides of the chicken thighs are golden brown.
