Shanxi Qingxu Mature Vinegar is one of the four famous vinegars in China, and its main producing areas are Feng Meng, Qingyuan, Xugou and Xigu in Qingxu County. Qingxu is located in the south of Taiyuan, close to mountains and rivers. According to legend, there is Yuquan in the southwest of Yao Di, and Wang Yaoceng personally brewed acyl.
