Manufacturing technology of golden silk straw hat

The general method and process of making golden straw hat with Hypericum japonicum as raw material are as follows: firstly, weave it into a hat blank, then cut off the residual grass at the edge of the hat blank, soak it in bleaching powder solution, take it out after about 15 hours, rinse it with clear water, expose it to the sun, dry it, rub it with an egg-smooth stone, iron it flat, and trim the edge hair, and then make a beautiful golden straw hat. There are four basic styles of golden silk straw hats, namely: two golden silk hats, one with flowers, two golden silk hats and trumpet hats (also called long head and neck hats).

1. Material selection: the mat grass planted by farmers is selected for processing;

2, go to the grass nest: first dry the mat, then go to the grass nest;

3. Grass distribution: divide the grass into a cluster, such as finger thickness;

4, grass cleaning: washing with water;

5. Soft grass: expose the grass soaked in water to the sun to soften it;

6, production: first weave the hat blank, then cut off the remaining grass on the edge of the hat blank, then add grass every two laps, first weave the head and neck, then do the front shading edge, and finally trim the edge.
