How to make steamed bread with corn flour and white flour

Then, according to your own preferences, you can cut the steamed bread with a knife, or you can divide the strip into small pieces with uniform size, and then hold them into round steamed bread with both hands. Put the steamed bread blanks together, cover them with clean cloth, and let the corn dough wake up for the second time 15 minutes. Step 3: Prepare a steamer, add enough water, put the steamer on it, wash the steamed cloth with water, wring out the water and spread it in the steamer, put the prepared corn dough in the steamer, and evenly leave a certain distance between each steamed bread blank, because steamed bread will become bigger in the steamer. Bring the pot to the boil. When you see hot air coming out of the steamer, turn the fire to medium-small fire and continue steaming for 15 minutes. Turn off the fire. Don't open the lid after turning off the fire, let the steamed bread stew in the pot for 3-5 minutes before taking it out. Open the lid, take it out and serve it with your family.
