1985, Anhui Women's Football Team was established in Anhui Province and achieved good results. For various reasons, this team was dissolved on 1987.

In April, 2002, at the enlarged meeting of the Party Group of the Provincial Sports Bureau held in Huoshan, it was decided to adjust the structure of some events and increase the women's football events loved by the masses in order to match the strategic positioning of competitive sports in our province.

On June 5438+February 1 day, 2002, Anhui Women's Football Team named by Jinlong Group was officially listed. The main goal of the team is to win the athletes of our province in the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games, and the short-term task is to impact the finals of the 10th National Games.

In 2003, the newly formed Anhui women's football team made its debut in the national league. In the National Youth Women's Football Championship held in Luzhou, Sichuan, Anhui women's football team lost to Guangdong 0:/kloc-0 in the final and won the second place in this competition. Among them, Huang Rong, the main force of the team, was also selected for the National Youth Training Team.

Anhui women's football team, which participated in the national league in 2004, performed well, and the gap with the strong domestic women's football teams was further narrowed. In that year's national women's football championship, Anhui beat Shaanxi to the top with 12.

In 2005, Anhui team was divided into Guiyang Division with Beijing, Henan, Liaoning, Shaanxi and Gansu in the women's football qualifier of the 10th National Games. Anhui bravely defeated Shaanxi and Gansu to qualify for the play-offs, but lost to Hubei and Tianjin in the play-offs, just one step away from Nanjing. After the game, some of the main players in the team left the team for their own reasons, and the Anhui team did not participate in the league and championships of that year.

At the end of 2005, Anhui Provincial Sports Bureau made adjustments. In 2006, the first team of women's football team did not participate in the national competition, and the first team was dissolved.
