One leg bends down, with both feet on the ground, toes slightly outstretched, and the other leg naturally stretches out to the side and reaches the ground, with both feet on the ground and toes buckled inside.
4. Independent steps
The supporting leg is slightly bent to stand firm, and the other leg is raised with knees bent and held in front of the body, and the thigh is higher than the level.

Feet are about the same lunge width, toes are all forward, one leg bends and squats, knees are perpendicular to toes, and the other leg is naturally straight.
